Walker Morris shortlisted for award

The winners will be announced at the Legal Cheek Awards ceremony on Thursday 24 March in London.

The awards are based on the results from Legal Cheek’s trainee and junior lawyer survey. Over 2,000 trainees and junior associates from some of the country’s leading law firms are asked to rate their firms / chambers on a scale of one to ten in a number of key areas including: quality of training/work, peer support, superior approachability, work/life balance, facilities, perks, eco-friendliness, technology and adaptiveness to remote working.

Tracy Foley, Head of HR, Walker Morris (www.walkermorris.co.uk) said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for Best Law Firm for Client Secondments at this year’s Legal Cheek Awards. We are incredibly proud to be able to offer these sought after secondments to our trainees and junior lawyers. Secondments offer the opportunity for our lawyers to see things from our client’s perspective and allow them to get a clear understanding of their challenges and goals as well as how they work. This allows our trainees and junior lawyers to be in a much stronger position when they are trying to advise their clients as they understand their world and can speak their language.”
