Walker Morris advises on pharma
 

Walker Morris (www.walkermorris.co.uk), recently fielded a multi-disciplinary team working with Kirkland & Ellis to provide advice to Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor, on the acquisition of Pharma Intelligence.

Mubadala Investment Company, the Abu Dhabi based investment company, joined Warburg Pincus in the investment. The investors plan to extend the company’s leading position in the pharmaceutical data and analytics market, investing in the creation of innovative products for its customers.

Walker Morris formed part of the team providing Employment, Pensions and Real Estate legal advice to Warburg Pincus alongside Kirkland & Ellis. The Walker Morris team, led by Lorna Hopps, comprised Andrew Rayment, Hannah Blood, Jeremy Moore, Hannah Levy and Liz Graham.
