UK business investment is poor and has been for decades, doing untold damage to productivity and limiting the economy’s growth.

 

Unfortunately, successive governments have failed to understand the broad range of conditions necessary to encourage entrepreneurs to commit to investment, opting instead to focus almost exclusively on offering tax breaks.
