Payroll 2020 – changes to off payroll working

On 7 January, Treasury’s Financial Secretary Jesse Norman admitted that concerns had been raised about the reforms and said that the review would consider whether further steps were required to ensure its smooth implementation.

With the change scheduled to come into force on 6 April, the responsibility for determining the status of contractors will shift from the individual to the private sector company enlisting their services.  In the video XCD explains what Payrollers need to know, and how to prepare for the changes.
