Hinchliffe gets staff motivation role

Trade credit insurer, Atradius (www.atradius.co.uk) appoints Nicola Hinchliff to the role of service leader for its Northern Hub to drive service excellence in the servicing team, maintain and grow client and broker relationships, and support the management and development of the northern Atradius team.

Since joining Atradius in 1997, Nichola has continued to flourish at Atradius, building up extensive customer service experience, and this latest promotion sees her take the combined roles of senior account manager and service leader for the entire northern region.
