Gartner sees SER as visionary

Gartner has named The SER Group ( as a ‘Visionary’ in its 2021 Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms.  

Over the past 18 months, the importance of the digital workplace has grown with the rise of hybrid and remote work scenarios and there is now a greater need for more innovative content, process and collaboration solutions.  As Sven Oliver Behrendt, CEO, The SER Group explains, “Boosting productivity, scaling business, responding with agility to customer needs and creating a top customer experience have become critical success factors for organizations to adapt and thrive in the new work nucleus.”
