Record-Breaking Coach of the Year Secures 25% of Finalist Awards at Business Excellence Forum 2016

 

Last year, Shweta Jhajharia broke the record in achieving London Business Coach of the Year for the sixth year running. This year she has not only made it to seven years, but she has also taken home EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Coach of the Year, Best Client Results and her clients have swept up 25% of the finalist business awards at the Business Excellence Forum in Wales organised by ActionCOACH (www.actioncoach.com). Shweta Jhajharia and her group of clients stole the show, with them getting up on stage too many times to count.  Her client Karen Howes from Taylor Howes Designs took home the CEO of the Year award, while another of her clients, JJ Roofing Supplies Ltd won the Best Wholesale/Manufacturer award.

 

In addition to those tremendous wins, her clients also took home the finalist nomination awards (of which there were only five for each category) in the categories of Entrepreneur of the Year, CEO of the Year (two), Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Entrepreneur of the Year (two), Most Innovative Company, Best Service Based (two), Best Manufacturer/Wholesaler (three), Best Import/Export, Best Community Impact, Best Company Culture, Best E-Commerce, Best Retailer, and Best Overall Company (three).

 

In total they took home 20 of the 80 possible nominations – which is a whopping 25% of the total finalist awards.  With over 120 award entries from all over the region, it is impressive and unprecedented that a single coach’s clients could win so many awards – and many of those clients winning multiple awards.

This is perhaps why it was fitting that Shweta Jhajharia also took home the Best Client Results award at the event as well as the UK Coach of the Year award.
