Taulia scoops awards

Leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring site, Comparably.com (www.comparably.com) has awarded Taulia (www.taulia.com) ‘Best Company Culture’, ‘Best Company for Women’, and ‘Best Company for Diversity’.

The ‘Best Company Culture’ was derived from anonymous ratings provided by employees about professional development, work-life balance, and the work environment, while the ‘Best Company for Women’ was based on feedback from women about their experience in the workplace as it relates to professional development, growth, and leadership.

Based on feedback from employees of colour who ranked employers based on leadership, professional development, and work environment, Taulia was also awarded ‘Best Company for Diversity’.

“We are extremely honoured to have won these workplace awards and we thank Taulians for voicing their feedback.  Our people are our greatest asset and we believe a culture that is inclusive, innovative and dynamic will enable us to become a workplace in which everyone can accomplish their dreams and goals,” comments Anjali Tumrukota, Chief of Staff, Taulia.

“I am proud to work with some of the most talented and inspirational people in the industry and it is my hope that we continue to successfully work together to accomplish great things for our employees, customers and partners.”

Since launching in 2016, Comparably.com has accumulated 10 million ratings on 60,000 U.S. companies.  The platform has become one of the fastest-growing SaaS solutions for employer branding and a trusted third-party site for workplace and salary data, most notably for its annual Best Places to Work series.
