Simon Boon is a Partner of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray
Cary.
For over 25 years, Simon has specialised in the recovery of monies for asset
based lending, factoring and discounting companies, conducting claims against
the former clients of finance companies, guarantors and indemnifiers,
undertaking fraud investigations and insolvency litigation.
Frequently, Simon is asked to advise on the construction of facility
documentation and on a discounter’s title to debts. Simon is a regular lecturer
for the Factors and Discounters Association.
