Robert Hickmott is a Partner in the corporate recovery practice at CMS
Cameron McKenna, where he specializes in insolvency and banking
litigation.
Robert has particular experience of acting for banks and other financial
institutions in defending and bringing proprietary (trust) claims as well as
acting for insolvency officeholders in attacking antecedent transactions and
pursuing directors for misfeasance and wrongful/fraudulent trading.
Ian was appointed Finance Director of Access in 2001 and has recently been
promoted to the Group role.
