Dun & Bradstreet is to open its Ireland headquarters in Dublin, following its acquisition of credit solutions company ICC last year.

The group will close its smaller Irish offices and move 35 existing Irish staff to the 48,000 sq ft office in Sandyford.

Thwe company has also announced that it will be creating 100 extra jobs in Ireland over the next 18 months and has appointed recruitment agency Premier Group to begin the recruitment process shortly.

As a result, it will minimise its current outsourcing operations.

A spokesman said that the group’s UK headquarters would remain in Marlow, adding: "We are looking at the various sites but have no plans to change them at the moment. The acquisition only took place last August and we have been working our way through the integration process."

The existing UK office sites in Manchester, Cardiff, Princes Risborough, Hampton and London will also continue to function.
