Lovetts, Brethertons and Shoosmiths have been appointed by Rentokil Initial UK
Limited in their recent shake-up to streamline their debt recovery panel of
legal advisers.
Over the past few months, Rentokil Initial UK has reviewed its debt recovery
legal advisers and decided recently that only 3 firms will be advising them on
debt recovery.
Rentokil Initial UK, is part of the multi-national organisation Rentokil Initial
which employs 70,000 people in over 40 countries, the UK arm is a high profile
business operating in pest control, package delivery, interior landscaping,
catering, electronic security, cleaning, washroom solutions and textiles.
Litigation and debt recovery partner Shaun Jardine and lawyer Jackie Ray, both
of Brethertons, commented: "We are delighted to have been appointed for the
